Bikram Yoga

is a series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing techniques designed to provide a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience. During this 90-minute class, you will work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organ in the entire body, giving you an incredible sense of well being.

The Studio's teachers are all certified bikram instuctors.
The studio uses a state of the art heating system. The room is heated to 105 degrees with 40% humidity.

How to prepare for class

Please bring a large towel, yoga mat and water. Wear light, fitted exercise clothing such as sport bra/tank top, shorts or swimwear. Drink plenty of water throughout the day and avoid eating 2 – 3 hours before class. Arrive 15 – 20 minutes early to register and orientation for your first class.
